Lead Planning, Ordering and Distribution across the Nordics. Drive forecasting, stock flow and operational excellence from our Oslo hub.
The opportunity
We are currently looking for a POD Manager. Someone to join our Network and Operations team and lead the Planning, Ordering and Distribution function. Someone who can secure the flow of vehicles from production to market, ensure the right cars are allocated at the right time, and maintain the operational precision needed to deliver a seamless experience. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.
As part of our Norwegian Operations structure, you will oversee forecasting, stock management, production requests, vehicle allocation, sales analysis, and operational efficiency initiatives across Norway. On top on this the role will also function as a coordinatior across al the Nordic markets towards HQ. In this role you will also have a POD Coordinator in Norway reporting directly to you.
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support the full Planning, Ordering and Distribution lifecycle.
This position is located in Oslo, Norway, on-site with the flexibility of working two days a week from home. Occasional travel within the Nordics may occur. What matters most is that you have the support, time, and environment to deliver great work and to enjoy doing it.
The responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be expected to drive the efficiency and accuracy of the Planning, Ordering and Distribution function across the Nordic region. As a key member of the Network and Operations team, you will secure a stable operational pipeline, enabling confident forecasting, timely allocations, and reliable stock availability. Key responsibilities include:
Lead and be responsible for the POD Coordinator in Norway.
Manage stock across the Nordics, including aging stock, local stock, partner stock, and future vehicle availability planning.
Oversee forecasting for Norway and secure accurate production requests and allocations across the Nordic region.
Conduct and communicate sales analysis to inform planning and distribution decisions.
Own KPI management for Norway and the wider Nordic markets.
Drive capacity planning for Norway to ensure readiness for fluctuations in volume.
Lead extraordinary distribution and handover events such as high‑volume deliveries, large fleet cases, missing parts situations, and recalls.
Provide coverage for POD Coordinator responsibilities in Norway when needed.
Manage and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across the Nordics.
The ideal candidate

You are comfortable navigating both strategic questions and hands‑on operational challenges in a dynamic environment.
In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:
5+ years of experience in logistics or operations, giving you the expertise to manage stock flows, ordering processes, and forecasting.
Experience leading people, enabling you to support and guide the POD Coordinator and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
3+ years of experience working with high‑end products and customer experience, ensuring distribution excellence.
Strong knowledge of stock management and forecasting systems, essential for accurate planning and correct Nordic vehicle allocations.
Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive improvements in planning and distribution processes.
Fluency in written and spoken Norwegian and English to collaborate efficiently across markets.
