Retail Operation Manager
What you'll do
- Retail Operation Management : Work closely with the dealer network to ensure seamless operations throughout the entire retail process—from customer visits, test drives, to vehicle deliveries—while maintaining full compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.
- Retail/Dealer Performance Management : Monitor and evaluate dealer performance through both quantitative and qualitative KPIs, operational audits, and sharing of best practices. Provide guidance and support to drive consistent customer satisfaction, dealer profitability, and compliance with operational standards.
- Retail Experience Enhancement : Continuously develop and enhance KPI management tools and processes to improve the overall customer journey
- Retail Training : Take ownership of planning, developing, and operating all commercial training programs related to sales performance and customer experience.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective dealers, acting as the primary liaison between the company and its dealer network.
- Operational Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities to enhance dealer operations and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, sustainable growth, and long-term customer loyalty.
Who you are
- Proven experience as a network development manager in Automotive or management consulting
- 8+ years of experience in automotive network development or sales / retail management
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, automotive retail industry trends, and customer experience management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English
- BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
