The opportunity

We're currently looking for an Intern to join our global sales operations department. Someone to support our team within the area of inventory management. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in data analysis, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.

This is a 10 month internship, providing the opportunity to learn and gain experience within the field of sales operations and inventory management as well as reporting. This position is located at our headquarters in Gothenburg. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course. 

The responsibilities

You will support our data analyst in tracking Polestar’s global inventory including new cars, used cars and internal cars. You will help keeping track of stock levels, sell down pace as well as overall pipeline flow.

For example, you will work on:

• Inventory reporting on management level
• Pipeline and stock monitoring
• Stock sell down data analysis
  
  
  

The ideal candidate 

In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. You have the ability to take the initiative, work in a fast paced environment, and are keen to learn.

In addition you’ll need the following qualifications/skills:

• Mindset for continuous improvement
• Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
• Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills
• Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Preferably experience in Phyton and VBA
