As a Space Specialist, you will ensure that our visitors are inspired and supported to learn more about Polestar as soon as they enter our Polestar Space. Polestar has developed the most innovative vehicles and you will help to create an equally innovative and memorable customer experience.
You will inform our customers about Polestar products, technical features, design features, financing methods and ordering options in collaboration with the sales and supply team.
This position is based in our Polestar Space in Luxembourg.
What do you do
As a Space Specialist, you will ensure that visitors know everything about Polestar as soon as they enter the space.
Furthermore you will:
- Plan and carry out test drives,
- present Polestar products,
- inform our customers about offers and guide them through the buying process,
- Be a role model for Polestar's culture and behaviours,
- be a part of the Polestar team to jointly generate enthusiasm for Polestar products among visitors and provide information about products, financing solutions, service, etc.
Your profile
As a person you are curious, creative and enthusiastic. You have a customer-centred mindset, strong communication skills and an empathetic instinct that enables you to understand people's needs. You are energetic, self-motivated and get things done - you are never satisfied with the status quo. To be successful in this role, you bring a great willingness to learn and a passion for the Polestar brand, your commitment to design and its commitment to sustainability.
As a Space Sales Specialist, you will support the team to drive change and development. Experience in the automotive industry is not essential for this role, but you should have the following:
- More than one year of experience in a customer-facing retail environment
- You are fluent in French and English
- You are able to quickly master all Polestar products and services
- Additional experience in a premium/luxury brand environment, acting, public relations, teaching, event planning or customer service will also be favorably considered.
This position requires a valid driving license and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required.
