Reporting directly to the BELUX POD Manager in Belgium, you'll ensure that the targets are consistently met, identifying any obstacles early on and taking proactive steps to find solutions. A key part of your responsibility is managing the relationship with the Handover Centre, ensuring that they deliver cars on schedule while maintaining the high-quality service expected for our clients.

Your communication with the logistics team in Zeebrugge will be crucial in ensuring smooth and timely deliveries of vehicles.
A vital aspect of this position is your ability to be adaptable and responsive to any issues that may arise, ensuring all deliveries and orders are handled efficiently and, in a customer-centric manner. You will act as a bridge between various departments, streamlining processes and minimizing delays, and continuously striving for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be trained as a backup for the Belgian Operations team, further expanding your skill set and responsibilities.
While initially focused on managing the Handover Centre in Luxembourg, this role may expand to include oversight of additional Belgian handover centers.

- Accompany and support the business development manager in implementing the needed process and system improvements
Who you are

- You have ideally a strong understanding and interest of the automotive and fleet business, with the ability to navigate and communicate effectively within the sector.

- You connect easily with different stakeholders and can motivate and guide others towards results.
- You thrive on solving problems and managing operational tasks independently, finding creative solutions to challenges.
- As part of a small, close-knit team in Luxembourg (3 people), you’ll have the autonomy to organize your role and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
