The Opportunity
Polestar Sweden is looking for a passionate and ambitious Inside Sales Team Lead to join our Customer Engagement team. This is your chance to drive our mission forward, leading a talented team of Inside Sales Advisors as we shape the future of mobility. Based in Gothenburg, this role offers a hybrid working model, allowing the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and focused individual work. You’ll report to the Customer Engagement Manager at Polestar Sweden, playing a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer experiences and ensuring successful sales conversions.
The Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will inspire and guide a team of Inside Sales Advisors to deliver outstanding performance and unparalleled customer engagement. You’ll oversee lead management and conversion efforts while maintaining a customer-first mindset in both B2C and B2B settings.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, developing, and motivating a team of Inside Sales Advisors to meet and exceed sales conversion and customer engagement targets
- Monitoring and optimizing lead management processes to drive sales funnel performance
- Providing coaching and support to your team to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align on objectives and strategies
- Managing team performance through reporting, quality monitoring, and sales administration
- Supporting your team in handling both inbound and outbound sales and engagement opportunities
The Ideal Candidate

You’re a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive mindset. Your “can do” attitude and ability to inspire others set you apart, and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key qualifications include:
- At least two years of leadership or coaching experience in customer engagement, sales, or customer service roles
- A strong background in lead management and/or CRM tools like Salesforce
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience or interest in the automotive or EV industry is highly desirable
- A valid B-category driver’s license
