Let us describe the challenge we offer
Reporting into Head of Car Service, you will be the Technical Subject Matter Expert for Polestar Korea tasked with product quality in the market and providing robust, accurate and timely repair information for our partners and customer vehicles as well as new car tech training. You will be the key contact between all local Polestar business team and the Global Quality teams to identify, track and implement proactive concern resolutions.
What you'll do
- Provide technical direction to the Korean team and wider partners.
- Monitor & analyze market quality issues from warranty data, vehicle report and online community posts.
- Report issues to global quality teams to identify, follow up and share information to local Polestar service points and all related parties.
- Support Polestar service points networks, Customer care center and Roadside assistance team with technical expertise, knowledge transfer, assistance leading to customer complaint cases resolution.
- Perform on-site support for Polestar internal events & customer vehicles as a flying doctor.
- Support & perform new car training both for internal & external parties such as Polestar specialists, Customer care & RSA agents, PDI Center and fleet partners.
- Maintain & manage Polestar Training Hub (PTH) courses and user accounts.
- Perform government reporting especially for technical, warranty data & service campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with Polestar Korea departments to ensure continuity of business and further develop this emerging brand in the market
Who you are
This role forms part of the Polestar Korea Car Service Repair Experience (CSRX) team. You will take a delivery-focused role working closely with all areas of the business, ensuring that you will be deeply involved in the different technical subject matters and should be able to talk and breathe Agile in the online sales environment.
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven strong track record of performing a similar role, with demonstrable skills managing and delivering technology enabled projects. If have proven related working experience less than 5 year, it is also considered with great technical skill background and solid working experience.
- Experience in quality control, technical support, technical training for a car brand
- Knowledge of automotive structure especially for electric propulsion highly recommended.
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal that allow you to successfully communicate with HQ counter partners & all local Polestar team and customers.
- Exceptional cross functional collaboration and a strong mindset to solve cases as well as customer care.
