Campaign Manager
The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity at Polestar UK for someone to join the Marketing team and play a crucial role in the success of the business. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role works closely across our sales and marketing operations to co-ordinate and activate vital marketing campaigns and communications.
Being in a small team, the responsibilities of this role may change and develop giving you a breadth of experience and ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders. This position is located at our Bicester Heritage site.
The responsibilities
In this role, you'll be an integral member of the UK marketing team, assisting with the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, communications, and projects. Working as a member of the UK marketing team, you'll be instrumental in managing marketing campaigns end-to-end, translating the media plan into relevant asset creation/adaptation, and working with agency partners to ensure assets are updated and all activities go live on time with the correct setup and tracking.

- Support the marketing team with the creation, monitoring, and updating of relevant content across all key marketing touchpoints such as the website and CRM to support campaigns and offers.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to the Polestar brand and identity guidelines across all communication channels.
- Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- A/B testing campaigns to trial new ideas for optimisation.
- Copywriting of customer communications, campaign material, and customer journeys to ensure it is relevant for the UK market and audience and fits the brand tone of voice.
- Deliver regular reports and presentations of campaign results, measurement of the ROI of campaigns and KPIs, in addition to providing clear recommendations.
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
- Brief and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- PO management and tracking for marketing campaigns.
- Lead competitor tracking and analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as being a creative and analytical person who relishes innovation and driving new ideas.
In addition, you'll need the following experience:
- Demonstrable knowledge, experience and understanding of brand marketing, campaigns and associated relevant KPI’s and processes.
- Meticulous and thrives working in a demanding environment on several projects at once.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills including budget management.
- Background in marketing and media.
- Passion and enthusiasm for the brand.
