Fleet Sales Manager | FI
Drive Polestar’s fleet sales in Finland. Build strong partnerships across leasing, key accounts, and B2B to deliver commercial growth in a fast‑moving electric mobility environment.
The opportunity
We’re currently looking for a Fleet Sales Manager to join our Polestar Team in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating fleet sales in Finland in close cooperation with Polestar’s sales network, leasing companies, global and local key accounts, and rental partners. The role plays a key part in achieving our fleet sales targets by developing strong commercial relationships and ensuring consistent execution across the market.
The position is located in Helsinki, Finland, with the main place of work being our Helsinki office. The role includes some travel, and remote working may be accommodated when appropriate.
The responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving fleet sales performance in Finland and supporting our partners in achieving their targets. Working closely with the Global Sales Fleet Team, you will contribute to commercial planning, execution, and continuous improvement across fleet and B2B business.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring achievement of yearly fleet sales volume targets in Finland
Planning and implementing fleet sales campaigns
Leading and developing cooperation with leasing companies, including purchase terms, rebates, and residual value influencing
Managing global and local key accounts and driving new fleet and key account business
Developing the SME and broader B2B business, including private leasing optimisation
Supporting partners, sales specialists, and space managers to achieve monthly sales targets
The ideal candidate
To succeed in this role, you need to be commercially driven, structured, and comfortable working in an environment where coordination and stakeholder management are central. You are able to analyse market conditions, translate insights into actions, and work across functions and partner networks to deliver results. You take ownership of your area, work proactively, and are comfortable influencing others without formal people management responsibility.
Qualifications
In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:
A lower university degree, preferably within business or finance (MBA or equivalent), as the role requires strong commercial understanding and structured decision‑making
A minimum of three years’ experience within automotive fleet sales, as the role involves direct responsibility for fleet volume targets and key account management
Fluency in Finnish and English, as you will work with both local partners and international stakeholders
Good overall system knowledge, including tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Teams, to ensure effective planning, follow‑up, and communication
