The opportunity

We're currently looking for a Marketing & Events Intern. Someone to join our Polestar Netherlands Marketing team to support a variety of exciting projects such as new car launches and events. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. You’ll join a young and ambitious team that’s responsible for Marketing, Events and PR.

This is a full time internship position, meaning we are looking for a student who has an internship course as part of their studies. This position is located at Polestar Netherlands in Beesd and for this position a 3:2 rule applies (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.

The responsibilities

In this role, you'll be expected to help support the creation and execution of a variety of marketing and event projects. Working as a member of Polestar Marketing, you'll be instrumental in the success of the important Polestar 5 launch and several exciting events. In case you're not familiar with our latest model: it's a brand-new electric performance GT, our fastest car ever.

• General activation of marketing projects

• Coordinate marketing activities and events

• Content creation in collaboration with our agencies

The ideal candidate

In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. Ambition, Curiosity and Passion. The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible. You are:

In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:

• HBO or WO student

• Studying Marketing, Communications, Events, PR or similar

• Proficient in Dutch and English

• Available for a minimum length of 5 months

• Looking for a work experience internship (meeloopstage)

• Possess driver’s license B

• Can start September 2026
