Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager | Brand & Marketing | Germany
The opportunity
We're currently looking for a Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager. Someone to join our Brand & Marketing team in order to optimize campaigns and to drive business and brand KPI’s for the German market. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. And someone who doesn't mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.
This position is located at our premises in Cologne, Germany. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.
The responsibilities
In this role, you'll be expected to plan, manage and execute our local full funnel campaigns. Working as a member of the Marketing team, you'll be instrumental in levering our strategy, guidelines, content with internal and external stakeholders. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:
Local media plans and local input into central digital marketing planning and activation of brand and car launch campaigns
Localization and translations of global content and for all local content for digital channels including the web
Follow-up, analysis and optimization of local media investments and activation
Analyze and report results to relevant stakeholders.
Performance monitoring and conversion optimization
Provide input for improving content, campaign performance and other online activations based on data.
Collaborate with other team members to further make campaigns more efficient.
Leverage the strategies, guidelines, content and competence in HQ as well as external stakeholders i.e. agencies to drive scalable and efficient digital marketing execution
Close coordination with dealerships and agency partners.
The ideal candidate

In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or comparable
5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Web-technologies and media channels
Strong analytical and creative skills
Project management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
