Brand Narrative: Drive the Polestar story beyond product launches, focusing on key pillars like technology, architecture/design, and our leading commitment to climate-neutrality and supply chain transparency.
Agency Management: Lead and manage the local PR agency partner, setting clear KPIs, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality, impactful, and efficient execution.
2. Media & Influencer Relations

3. Crisis & Issues Management
Reputation Management: Proactively monitor the media landscape for potential issues and develop robust, pre-emptive crisis communications plans.
Rapid Response: Lead the local response team during a crisis, managing messaging and external communications to protect brand reputation in line with global guidelines.
Internal Alignment: Work closely with legal, customer experience, and global teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely information flow.
