Sales and Systems Specialist

The Opportunity
We’re currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Retail Sales team and support our Space teams and external partners, ensuring smooth operations through system expertise, training, and data-driven insights. We’re seeking someone with a passion for electric mobility, a curiosity for technology, and a drive to contribute to meaningful change.
This position is located at Helsinki - Finland, and is office-based. The role includes occasional travelling around Finland.
The Responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on enabling partner success by providing proactive support, managing digital systems, and delivering clear and actionable reporting. You will also coordinate pre-owned vehicle operations, ensuring accurate tracking and presentation across platforms. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, organized, and communicative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys empowering others through knowledge and tools.
Key responsibilities/ activities will include:
- Coordinating systems onboarding, training, and partner support.
- Managing CRM and digital tools for operational efficiency
- Driving Partner alignment on processes and performance goals.
- Analyzing sales data and delivering clear, actionable reports.
- Optimizing workflows and documentation for system usage.
- Maintaining accurate pre-owned vehicle inventory and listings across platforms.
- Tracking and reporting partner KPIs.
The ideal candidate
To succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have: Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity and the ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible.
In addition, you will need the following qualifications:
- Experience in partner support, system training, or sales coordination.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and tools, with the ability to train others effectively.
- Proven ability to create clear documentation and deliver engaging system onboarding sessions.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Fluent in Finnish and English
