Product, Pricing & Campaign Manager
You will play a key role in our sales strategy by shaping our tactical campaigns and by making recommendations about our product packages & related pricing.
At Polestar, we are pushing the boundaries of innovation, sustainability, and design in the electric vehicle (EV) space. As we continue to shape the future of mobility, we are looking for a Product, Pricing & Campaigning Specialist to strengthen our Sales team. In this role, you will be reporting to our Sales Manager, but you will also need to work closely together with different stakeholders within Sales & Operations. You will play a key role in our sales strategy by shaping our tactical campaigns and by making recommendations about our product packages & related pricing.

As our Product, Pricing & Campaigning Specialist, you will be the bridge between market insights, product strategy, and commercial execution. Your data-driven mindset and commercial sharpness will help us stay competitive, relevant, and profitable in a fast-evolving EV landscape.
What you'll do
Product & Pricing Management
- Translate market intelligence and competitor analysis into optimal product and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate daily with HQ on local product and package compositions.
- Ensure accurate implementation of pricing and product data in all systems.
Tactical Campaign Management
- Monitor order intake and stock levels to initiate timely commercial actions.
- Develop competitive campaigns based on product and pricing insights.
- Evaluate campaign profitability together with HQ and Finance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as first point of contact for HQ, sales teams, and external partners like Jato.
- Work closely with Sales Operations and POD to align commercial activities.
- Support internal teams & spaces with clear, consistent pricing communications.
Who you are
- You bring 3 t o 5 years of experience in Product Management within the automotive sector.
- You have a commercial mindset with a proactive, data-driven approach.
- You have a solid understanding of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and market analysis.
- You combine a strong stakeholder management with good communication skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
