We're looking for an intern who is motivated, creative and passionate about learning, effective communication, and bringing ideas to life through engaging content to join our Polestar Training team for a 6-month full-time internship, based in Polestar headquarters, Gothenburg, Sweden. 

This internship will give you the opportunity to learn and gain exposure within a global, fast paced, dynamic organization where you’ll play a vital role in supporting course creation and development! 

The Opportunity

As a course creator intern, you’ll work together with our content team to support, design and refine learning materials. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to dive into the world of instructional design, develop your skills in content creation, and gain valuable experience in stakeholder communication.

The Responsibilities

• Assist in Course Development: Work closely with our instructional designers to support the creation of courses to make sure they are structured, accessible, and tailored to meet the needs, including review of copy.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Communicate with various stakeholders to gather insights, understand requirements, and ensure course content aligns with overall learning objectives. Which also includes administrative tasks to maintain proper training management.
• Scenario-based training & animations: If you have a flair for visual storytelling, you’ll have the opportunity to create animations and scenario-based training modules, making content more dynamic and interactive.

• Strong communication skills: You’re comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and enjoy translating ideas into clear, concise, and engaging materials.
• Attention to detail: You care about quality and take pride in delivering well-crafted content.
• Creativity in design: Experience or interest in creating animations, illustrations, or scenario-based training modules is a huge plus!
