The opportunity
We’re currently looking for a Sales & Fleet Coordinator to join our Sales team at Polestar Sweden. We want someone who’s ready to bring their expertise in sales and fleet administration support to the table. Someone passionate about electric mobility and eager to help drive the growth of our business fleet channels.
This position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.
The responsibilities
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and fleet processes. You’ll help keep everything on track: from planning and forecasting to supporting our partners and fleet customers. Working as a member of the Sales team, you’ll be instrumental in the following tasks:
- Maintain and develop efficient structures and routines for sales planning and forecasting
- Implement and manage administrative sales and fleet processes
- Set up, renew, and adjust Local Fleet Agreements
- Provide support to Polestar partners, enabling sales within fleet channels
- Follow up on pending orders, ensuring a swift and efficient order flow
The ideal candidate

You enjoy having a large contact surface, communicating confidently with various stakeholders, and have the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. With your service-minded approach, you make things happen and keep the focus on execution. You have demonstrated analytical skills and a data-driven approach to business
In addition, we believe you have the following qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive field or a related area (such as leasing companies)
- Good understanding of automotive-related processes
- Strong skills in Excel and
- Good verbal and written communication in Swedish and English
