This role is crucial in driving financial excellence and ensuring our commercial operations achieve top-notch performance. Your role as the Head of Controlling for Sales, Marketing, and Financial Services, you’ll report to Group Controllingin close matrix relation with our Global Regional CFO and support our Group Controller on a Corporate level and our Global Regional CFO on an operational level to drive revenue management, optimize commercial cost performance,steer volume planning and inventory and implement efficient working capital strategies. You’ll oversee new and used car operations, buy-back programs, and Residual Value management, while also spearheading retail financing strategies and financial project support for our network and commercial teams. Your contributions will be pivotal in achieving our bottom-line targets.
The Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Guide global sales, brand marketing, customer experience, and market teams towards revenue growth, cost efficiency, volume planning, inventory and working capital objectives.

Revenue Optimization:
- Analyze and refine pricing, discounts, retailer remuneration, and carline mixes to maximize profitability.

Cost Performance:
- Provide insights and guidance to achieve cost efficiency across commercial functions and markets.

Working Capital Management:
- Collaborate with volume planning teams and markets to optimize working capital strategies.

Retail Financing:
- Develop and execute retail and working capital financing strategies.

Business Case Support:
- Offer financial expertise for network strategy implementation and other commercial initiatives.

Ecosystem Development:
- Drive innovation in commercial market ecosystems.

Audit Preparation:
- Prepare materials for internal and external audits.

Ad Hoc Projects:
- Tackle diverse projects to support organizational goals.
The Ideal Candidate
We seek a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in controlling and the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven managerial and leadership expertise, coupled with strong business acumen and the ability to clearly interpret and communicate financial data to diverse stakeholders. They should excel at managing priorities, responding to ad hoc requests, and working both independently and within dynamic, multicultural teams.
