Retail Sales Coordinator

The opportunity
As Retail Sales Coordinator, you will coordinate all operational & tactical activities within in the Retail Sales channel, consisting of new car sales and used car sales. Our Direct Sales business model enables us having a comprehensive lead management process, knowing our customer from first meeting up to purchase and retaining. You will contribute to further developing this process and to create the best possible buying experience for our customers while maximizing our Retail sales results. Moreover, you will participate in developing our Pre-owned Polestar program and will be working with Polestar partners to optimize Pre-owned sales, while monitoring and influencing our Residual Values (RV).
The responsibilities
Retail Sales (new car sales)
• Responsibility for achieving the set Retail Order target, monitor performance and report to the Manager Retail Sales on results and needed actions to improve Retail Sales performance. In example preparing a new tactical campaign or proposition
• Ensure retention by developing offers to connect used car sales to new car sales
• Assist the Manager Retail Sales by preparing the Retail Sales budget
• Collect input, identify gaps and report improvements to the Manager Retail Sales and work together with internal stake holders for the continuous development of our online sales channel, including the back-end systems & processes
• Ensure operational performance for the white label products Polestar leasing & Polestar finance by working together with our partners
• Monitor, report and improve the competitiveness of the white label products Polestar Leasing & Polestar Finance
• First point of contact for customer facing staff (CE Team, Spaces & Handover Center) to support them in selling cars & delivering a seamless customer experience Lead Management (new & used car sales)
• Oversee all lead follow up activities; provide customer facing staff with the relevant tools to convert a lead into a sale Polestar Automotive Netherlands
Remarketing (used car sales)
• First point of contact for customer facing staff (CE Team, Spaces & Handover Center) for all Remarketing related activities
• Support new car Retail Sales by leveraging our trade-in program
• Support Polestar Remarketing Partners
• Monitor and report on pricing for Pre-owned Polestars and their Residual Value level
• Ensure fulfilment of Polestar Pre-owned standards across operations through regular audits and provided training
General
• Report on the KPI’s on retail sales performance, lead management and remarketing
The ideal candidate
In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible. You are a team player
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
• Experience with data analysis, market sales analysis and lead management
• Experience with vehicle remarketing is an advantage
• (Automotive and / or Luxury goods) Retail experience is a strong advantage
• Knowledge from and general interest in e-commerce (it helps if you know what CRO, UX & UI means)
• Digital native: excellent knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce or the eagerness to quickly learn is a strong advantage
• Stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
