Sales & EV Subsidy Intern

What you'll do
This position is for 6-month internship program. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting EV subsidy and sales operations. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:
- Support EV subsidy application process.
- Manage communication between agencies, investors and Polestar.
- Monitor daily retail status and create a report.
- Ensure each step of customer purchase journey to progress flawlessly.
- Support commerce related customer care service.
- Perform additional operations related to e-commerce purchase process.
- Support monthly automotive market studies.
- Any other admin related tasks.
Who you are
In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible.
We seek a highly competent team player with solid experience from the sales planning and vehicle distribution field and with an excellent understanding of end to end supply chain. You can handle multiple tasks, maintain focus and adapt easily to changing business needs. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
- Knowledge of logistics, trading and accounting is preferred
- Minimum 0.5-1 year experience in the automotive field or related is preferred
- Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal relations as well as effective communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Written and verbal English skills are preferred
