Let us describe the challenge we offer
We are looking for a temporary 50% Finance & Admin colleague. As Finance & Admin Support you will be working closely with various departments, and you will be reporting to the Senior Business Controller in the Finance Team. In this role you will support with various activities, particularly supporting our partners and internal functions with financial admin. We are looking for someone who can start in august and work until the end of the year. The role is based in Fornebu, Oslo.
What you'll do
The key responsibility of the role is to maintain the relationship with our sales and handover partners, supporting with purchase orders, solving invoicing issues and responding to queries related to these processes. This will also include managing the invoice flow in Workday and Mediusflow.
Additionally, you will support the different departments within the company with various tasks. This includes handling of purchase of IT hardware, office supplies and others as market applicable. You will be the local point of contact for our landlord and handling general office related topics, as well as distribution of post to the Local Business.

Who you are

In this role it is important that you have a positive mindset and service oriented as well as being interested in your own learning and development. We see it as favourably if you are currently studying Finance, Business Administration or similar.
