Remarketing Relations Manager
Great opportunity for someone to join our UK sales team to manage relationships with our investor partners and fleet customers for Pre-Owned and Remarketing activities.

As Remarketing Relations Manager at Polestar UK, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with our Investor partners and fleet Customers for Pre-owned & remarketing activities. Your main objective will be to drive excellent residual values across all Polestar models and derivatives to support ongoing new car sales success.
Acting as the conduit between Polestar, the fleet community and our Investors, you will harness the strength of the Polestar Pre-owned programme to provide an effective and efficient process, for all Polestar Customer channels, including the fleet community and through our Polestar Exchange retail trade-in solution.
What You´ll Do
Investor Relations
- Support our Investor Partners to develop an effective and profitable Pre-owned business
- Provide insight and reporting to support volume planning in wholesale & retail
- Drive best practice in RV management through strong wholesale purchase values
- Facilitate an effective sourcing model for used Polestar stock through fleet customers
- Monitor and drive quality & performance in line with Pre-owned agreements
- Provide regular reporting on Investor volumes and RV performance across all stakeholders
- Provide reporting on cross-Investor introduction model
- Collaborate & coordinate with Polestar UK teams as required
Fleet Customer Relations
- Maintain regular dialogue with fleet Customer remarketing teams
- Drive effective communications with Investor buying teams
- Establish defleet forecasts & consolidate into pipeline reports
- Manage expectations around wholesale performance & support industry leading wholesale achievement through Investor channel and Pre-owned programme
- Collaborate & coordinate activities with Polestar UK Fleet team
Polestar Exchange
- Monitor Polestar Exchange trade-in solution & onward feed of used Polestars to Investors
- Integrate volumes into pipeline reports for
- Manage supplier performance and Customer valuation performance
Your Skills
- You will be commercially astute, with a deep understanding of residual value management & the impact on the wider business
- Knowledge of the Automotive industry, with an understanding of fleet & retailer operations
- Good at building rapport through active listening and positive coaching techniques
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and dynamic approach to drive activity & performance
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Who You Are
A confident and dynamic individual, who is able to work as part of a team and independently. A self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively. Strong negotiation skills and demonstrable experience of communicating at all levels of a business. You will have experience of managing multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals. You will be results driven and have a constant drive for excellence.
As part of the UK Sales team, you will report to the local Remarketing Manager and work closely with all Polestar UK teams.
You will be home remote based with regular travel to manage fleet and Investor relationships. You will spend an average 1 day per week in Bicester, Oxfordshire. We encourage flexible working but core working hours are 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
