The opportunity
We're currently looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor. Someone to join our Customer Engagement Team and to help us deliver the best Customer Experience in our industry. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.
As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will belong to the Customer Engagement team consisting of two team leaders, two 2nd line Specialists supporting escalations and 10 advisors bringing the team together by providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Engagement Center assists and collaborates the most across all departments at Polestar. The position is located at our Fornebu office right outside of Oslo.
The responsibilities
In this role, you'll be expected to take responsibility for the Polestar Customer Journey and to always make sure that customer enquiries are solved in the best possible way. As a member of the Customer Engagement team, you'll be essential for a successful Polestar customer journey, one of the keys will be collaboration with both colleagues inside and outside of your team.
Main areas of responsibilities:
- Enquiries received through emails, chats, and inbound calls
- Various types of outbound follow-up calls
- Some areas of responsibility in the team could include social media, referrals, first call, fleet and finance etc. These may change and vary over time and based on need and the natural development in the team
The ideal candidate
In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need. The capacity to cooperate, show flexibility and curiosity. The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible. Specifically for this role we believe you need to have a great enthusiasm for Customer Service, a positive attitude, but also the ability to think critically.
Before becoming a fully operational Customer Engagement Advisor you will receive thorough training from our team, to make sure you have the best possible prerequisites to reach the expectations we have to all our Customer Engagement Advisors. The most important qualifications for this role is therefore a great willingness to learn, a positive midset and good work capacity, in addition you'll need these qualifications:
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience from a Customer Service-profession
