Let us describe the challenge we offer
We are opening a brand-new Polestar Space in the summer of 2024. This new space will provide for many positive challenges, where you would come into play. In this golden opportunity you will work both directly with customers, as well as with all Polestar teams, to ensure that customers can get the help, information and exceptional customer experiences at the visit of our Polestar Space.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Advisor, you will guide our customers through the full sales- and delivery process. Working as a member of our space in Zwolle, you'll be an important factor in our end 2 end sales approach. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:
- Advise and guide potential customers through the purchasing process of their Polestar, so that they know what to think about and what to expect. We do this based on a 'help to buy' approach.
- Perform test drives at the space, a Polestar Event, pop up test drive location or even at our customers home address. You get the customer as excited as we are about the power of sustainable electric driving in our high-performance vehicles.
- Perform handovers at the space or an external location. The Polestar handover is a premium experience. You make sure to fully understand your customer and personalize the handover to their specific needs.
- You resolve issues that current and future customers have. This could be anything from guiding them within the order process to solve digital issues at the Drive-In days at the space.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with our customers.
Who You Are
As a person, you are curious, creative and enthusiastic. You have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self-motivated, a self-starter and make things happen. You know when to lean in and how to work with your team to maintain a trusting environment and achieve great results together.
To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Polestar brand, our dedication to design, and our commitment to sustainability.
- Experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory for this role, but you must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a progressive, client-oriented retail environment.
- Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences, public speaking, teaching, sales, event planning or customer care will be positively considered.
- Good communication skills in English and Dutch are required.
- You can easily switch between advising customers, running handovers and other work.
This role will require a valid driving license, an acceptable safe driving record, being flexible to work in different Polestar locations and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
